Who We Are

Oxecute is operated by House of ATAH Pvt. Ltd, incorporated in Goa, India. When you join our waitlist, you're sharing information with us directly. We take that seriously.

What We Collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Age

  • Startup name

We do not collect payment information, sensitive personal data, or anything beyond what you voluntarily provide.

Why We Collect It

Here's what we collect

  • To secure your waitlist position

  • To send you product updates and launch communications

  • To understand who our early community is

  • To improve the product before launch

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. Ever.

Legal Basis for Processing

Depending on where you're located, we process your data under different legal frameworks:

  • India (IT Act 2000, DPDP Act 2023): We process your data with your consent, given when you join the waitlist.

  • European Union & UK (GDPR / UK GDPR): Applicable to users in Germany, Spain, France, Sweden, and the United Kingdom. Our legal basis is consent. You may withdraw consent at any time. You have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

  • United States (CAN-SPAM, CalOPPA, CCPA where applicable): We do not sell personal information. California residents may request disclosure of data collected and request deletion. We honour all such requests within 45 days.

  • Australia (Privacy Act 1988): We handle your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles. You may request access to or correction of your information at any time.

  • UAE: We process data in compliance with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection.

  • Brazil (LGPD): We process your data on the basis of consent. You have the right to confirm, access, correct, delete, and port your data.

  • Thailand (PDPA): We collect and process your data with explicit consent as required under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562.

  • Lebanon: We apply reasonable data protection standards consistent with international best practice pending formal legislation.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your data for as long as your waitlist position is active, or until you ask us to delete it. If we decide not to launch Oxecute, we will delete all collected data within 90 days and notify you by email.

Who We Share It With

We use the following third-party tools to operate the waitlist:

This provider is bound by its own data processing agreements. We do not share your data beyond what is operationally necessary.

Your Rights

Regardless of where you are, you can:

  • Ask what data we hold about you

  • Request we correct inaccurate data

  • Request deletion of your data

  • Withdraw consent at any time

  • Ask us to stop contacting you

Cookies

Our waitlist page may use minimal cookies for analytics and functionality. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time without affecting your waitlist position.

Children

Oxecute is not intended for anyone under the age of 12. If you believe a minor has submitted data, contact us and we will delete it immediately.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email before they take effect. The current version is always at oxecute.co/privacy.
