Terms and Conditions

1. Who These Terms Apply To

By joining the Oxecute waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not join. These Terms apply to all users regardless of location.

Oxecute is operated by House of ATAH Pvt. Ltd, Goa, India.

2. What the Waitlist Is

The Oxecute waitlist is a pre-launch registration system. Joining gives you:

  • A position in the launch queue

  • The ability to move up via referrals

  • Early access communications before public launch


Joining the waitlist does not constitute a purchase, a contract for services, or a guarantee of access to any product. Oxecute is not live. No product is being sold.

3. Referral System


  • Each person you refer who joins moves you up a spots

  • Top 500 positions receive founding member status, subject to confirmation at launch

  • We reserve the right to modify the referral mechanics, disqualify fraudulent referrals, or adjust position rankings at our discretion

  • Automated, bulk, or fake referrals will result in removal from the waitlist

4. No Guarantees

We are building Oxecute. We intend to launch. However:

  • We make no guarantee of a launch date

  • We make no guarantee that founding member benefits will remain unchanged

  • If we decide not to launch, we will notify all waitlist members by email

5. Acceptable Use

By joining, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 12 years of age

  • The information you provided is accurate

  • You will not attempt to manipulate the waitlist through automated or deceptive means

  • You will not use any communications from Oxecute for spam or redistribution

6. Intellectual Property

All content on oxecute.com: including copy, design, brand, and product concepts is owned by House of ATAH Pvt. Ltd. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any part of it without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Oxecute and its founders are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the waitlist or any future product. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed INR 1,000 (or equivalent).

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Goa, India.


Users in the EU, UK, Australia, UAE, Brazil, and Thailand retain any statutory rights they hold under their local consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued participation in the waitlist constitutes acceptance.
